Wee!

Hey y'all!
Thanks for the update Irene! Hope Thailand continues to treat you well! I ate thai food the other day with my sister. =P I don't think that counts as a cultural experience though!
I just got back from visiting Lauren in napa. We saw Spamalot (free tickets!) and it was pretty good. It pretty much recreates the movie. And the fact that I had the movie memorized kinda takes away from it, but they had some great original songs!
I also visited my sister and got to see what her life is like! She works so hard. Its amazing to see also how many crazy people and lazy people there are even in the "professional" world. I don't think people (as a whole) change too much.
I also had a really good convo with my bro-in-law. He is rediscovering his Christian roots and we had a long talk about various subjects relating to Chrisitianity. That was awesome.
I also got to see UC Davis, where I might go for Grad School. I'm getting pretty excited about the prospect of grad school, even though I don't know exactly what I want to study.
I've also been catching up with some old High school friends, which has been awesome. Cool to see that.
Thats a quick update for now!

Starting out!

Hey guys!
My summer has been great so far. Only having been home for a few days, I can feel myself starting to slip into some monotony! Yikes! Be praying against that!
But I've been reading alot (good!), and been running around (good!) and catching up on sleep (very good!). My uncles and sister will be in town this weekend, so it should be really good and exciting.
For all you leaders for next year, the Reimagining Evangelism book is pretty good. I'm going to try to finish in the next week or so. I'm also reading "Life of the Beloved" by Henri Nouwen. Very life giving book thus far.
Hope you guys are enjoying great weather!!! (Its even nice in Prunedale!)
